BJ's Wholesale Club

BJ's Wholesale Club is a membership warehouse club with over 210 locations across 17 states. I worked on the Pro-Design team as a graphic designer where I had the opportunity to develop new in-club signage, email heroes, banners, and Smart Saver coupon books.

Smart Saver Coupon Books

BJ's produces around 20 "Smart Saver" coupon magazines that feature paper coupons, general merchandise deals, vendor supplied advertisements, and new product features. These coupon books are typically designed to reflect upcoming promotions and seasonal brand identity. I would be given a spreadsheet with coupon information, and I would turn it into a 54-64 page book as well as a digital copy to be distributed via email and online.

Easter Promotion

I was tasked with creating a visual system for the 2024 Easter Promotion which I used to create an email hero, banner, display ads, social media posts and in-club signage. I was encouraged to create signage that would stand out from the standard BJ's brand identity as these pieces were marketed towards existing club members and to add a touch of humor to align with the "Absurdly Simple Savings" marketing campaign.

Fab 4th Promotion

Similarly to the Easter Promotional materials above, I created promotional materials for the 4th of July Gas promotion. I created an email hero, banner, display ads, social media posts and in-club signage. I was encouraged to create signage that incorporated fireworks and to keep the background light.
